玻璃管转子流量计在垂直的透明锥管内,装有可上下移动的浮子(转子),当液体自下而上流经锥管时,被浮子节流,在浮子上下游之间产生差压,浮子在此差压作用下上升。当使浮子上升的力与浮子所受的重力,浮子及粘性力三者的合力相等时,浮子上进口玻璃管浮子、转子流量计2.jpg于平衡位置,因此流经流量计的流体流量与浮子的上升高度,亦即与流量计的流通面积之间存在着一定的比例关系,浮子的位置高度可作为流量量度
The glass rotor flowmeter is installed in a vertical transparent conical tube with a float (rotor) that can move up and down. When the liquid flows through the conical tube from bottom to top, it is throttled by the float, creating a differential pressure between the upstream and downstream of the float, and the float rises under this differential pressure. When the force that causes the float to rise is equal to the combined force of the gravity, the float, and the viscous force exerted on the float, the float is in the equilibrium position. Therefore, there is a certain proportional relationship between the fluid flow through the flowmeter and the rise height of the float, that is, with the flow area of the flowmeter. 二、安装和使用
1、安装
(1)仪表安装前应仔细检验玻璃管是否损坏,并将为防止浮子跳动的填充物取出、检查浮子能否自由上下滑动。
(2)流量计垂直安装在管道上(锥管大端向上),流向自下而上。安装流量计的管道系统应具有足够的钢度,安装时,应避免大力扭动流量计。
(3)为便于观察和维修,安装时应留有足够的空间。
(4)管路中如有倒流,特别是有水锤作用时,为防止流量计损坏,应在流量计下游阀门之后安装单向逆止阀。为便于检查、维修、更换流量计和清洗管路的需要,推荐按图五安装旁路管。
(5)当被测流体含有较大颗粒物质或较脏时,应在流量计上游安装过滤器。
(6)当被测流体为脉动流,造成浮子波动不能测量时,应在流量计上游安装适当尺寸的缓冲器或定值器以消除脉动。
(7)用于测量气体时,为了使仪表能稳定工作,流量计出口端的压力不应太低。流量计上游的阀门应全开,并用流量计下游的阀门来调节流
